This English Oil is a light, golden coloured oil that has a nutty flavour with a hint of asparagus in its aroma. It contains Omega 3, 6 and 9, and is high in vitamin E and has the lowest saturated fat content of any commonly available oil.
Its mild flavour and high smoke point are ideally suited for frying, roasting, and grilling. However, it is equally suited to creating fabulous dressings or simply drizzled onto bread. Making it one of the most versatile oils available.
