Our semi-sourdough uses a modified sourdough recipe with shorter initial prove and assisted with a few grams of (free from artificial additives) dried yeast, then just 3 hours proving.
It gives a good midpoint between a regular dried yeast loaf (the lighter loaf the semi-sourdough is sitting on in the image) and a full sourdough.
White wheat flour, wholemeal flour, sourdough starter, Dorset Sea Salt, yeast, water.

Our bread is for local pick up in Sands or delivery in the Booker, Sands, Downley and close-by areas. Contact us before ordering if you are outside this area.
Order online by 9 pm Tuesday for delivery Thursday or Friday. We'll send a delivery notification email on the day of your delivery.
